Nosey and Grumpy tend to display jealousy toward each other when I'm spending time petting them and Nosey kept pushing Grumpy out of the way because she didn't want me to pay him any attention.
People say snakes don't have feelings or emotions and I've seen every indication that they indeed do have emotions !!

I've raised snakes for many years and have a great passion for the big constrictor snakes but I've found some ways to feed them without encouraging aggressive or defensive behavior when it's time to feed them and in the long run it's beneficial because the snakes are calmer and more relaxed when eating instead of being super aggressive. The way I feed mine doesn't interfere with their natural feeding response and as we all know stressing snakes out hinders their proper digestion of food.
Felt this information would help the people that are new at raising larger constrictor snakes.

My male and female BCO's have a nice 13 foot glass enclosure that is connected to the bottom cage level of their two indoor cage levels and they were outside playing in the rain and having a blast and I can usually leave them out there overnight without concerns. I had one end of the enclosure opened up except for the heavy wire and caging so the rain was getting inside the enclosure but I couldn't let them stay out because of the lightning. My male hissed at me all the way back indoors and Nosey, my female refuse to go forward back into their indoor enclosure because she was loving playing in the rain, I had no choice except to force Nosey back indoors and what a workout she gave me ROFL
